On one occasion the manager literally had to tell two of the front service staff to serve some customers, because they were too busy having a conversation to notice or care about the line up. Orders take longer than they should because once again, front staff are mucking around or zoned out doing nothing. Sauces etc have been forgotten, they almost seem thoroughly inconvenienced if you go up and tell them you're missing it. Not the nicest service, to be honest. It all seems pretty half-assed.
